The kit features parts molded in clear, metallic charcoal, black, and silver. A hand crank operates the pistons, camshaft rocker arms and valves. The kit includes a rubber fan belt and vinyl ignition wires, plus a display stand and screwdriver for construction. Glue and paint (not included) are required. Helpful Hints For Building
Your Visible V-8 Engine is a Level 3 kit – it is perfect for intermediate and advanced model builders. Parental supervision is suggested. Always study the assembly drawings included in the packaging before beginning. Each part is identified by a part number.Trimming to remove extra plastic and filing to smooth before part assembly is suggested. For better paint and decal adhesion, wash the plastic parts in a mild detergent solution. Rinse and let air dry. Check the fit of each piece before cementing in place. Allow paint to dry thoroughly before handling parts. This is not an actual running engine; it is meant for display purposes only.
